1.- Partial prepayment or the deposit may be up to a maximum of 40 percent of the amount resulting from the number of rooms and days for which the reservation is being made.

2.- If non-attendance or cancellation is communicated to the establishment with more than 7 and less than 15 days notice of the date of occupation indicated, the establishment has the right to retain 50 per cent of the amount of the deposit.

3. -If the cancellation is communicated to the establishment within the 7 days previous to the date of occupation indicated, the establishment has the right to retain the whole amount received as partial prepayment or deposit.

4.- If the customers do not arrive at the establishment before 8pm of the day indicated for the start of their stay without due notice, the reservation will considered as having been cancelled.
